  • 110g melted butter
  • 110g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 110g flour
  • 1 packet of yeast 
  • 5cl milk
  • 60g Nutella
  • 150g Philadelphia
  • 1 tsp icing sugar

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven at 180°C 

Whip the sugar and the melted butter.

Add progressively the eggs, the flour, the milk and mix to obtain an airy texture.

Pour the mixture in cupcake molds and bake for 10min. 

Let cold down. Whip the Philadelphia with the icing sugar

Decorate the cakes with the icing and Nutella.
