INGREDIENTS
- 350mls semi skimmed milk
- 35g Thorntons chocolate flakes
- 10:1 i.e. 10ml of milk to 1g of flakes

PREPARATION
Commercial use coffee machine
Measure chocolate flakes and milk into the jug.
...and lightly mix together.
Using steam wand, heat to 160 degrees – no higher.
Pour into cup.
