Raspberry Rainbow Pie made with Mother’s Frosted Animal Cookies

1 box, RTU Raspberry Jello

1 box, RTU Strawberry Pudding Mix

1 cup Mini Marshmallows

1 cup Raspberry Sauce

1 pt. Heavy Whipping Cream

3 Cups Mother’s® Frosted Animal Crackers (XUS98017)

1 – 9” Keebler® Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (XUS07228)

Preparation

Combine the Jello and pudding mixes into a bowl and blend well.  Prepare the filling by adding the liquid ingredients for both mixes together and following the directions to make a pie.  In a mixer with a whip attachment, whip cream at medium high speed until soft peaks form.  Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the filling mixture until incorporated.  Fill the pie crust with the filling, and top with half the marshmallows and the raspberry sauce.  Using a spatula, spread the remaining whipped cream on the pie to look like fluffy clouds.  Top the whipped cream with the remaining marshmallows and cookies, and drizzle with the remaining raspberry sauce.  Place in cooler for 1 hour until firm.
