Rocky Road Sundae made with Butterfinger®

Ingredients

1 - 48 oz. Tub Chocolate Chocolate Swirl Ice Cream 

1 pt. Heavy Whipping Cream

1 cup Chocolate Sauce

1 cup Peanut Butter Sauce

2  cups Marshmallow, Minis

2 cups Butterfinger® Pieces, (XUS38310)

Method

In a mixer with a whip attachment, whip cream at medium high speed until soft peaks form.  In a bowl, combine the chocolate pieces and mini marshmallows and mix well. Scoop 2 – 4 oz. balls of ice cream into each bowl.  Top ice cream with 1 cup of the chocolate/marshmallow mixture.  Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip, pipe a large swirl of whipped cream on the ice cream.  Top the whipped cream with remaining 1 cup of chocolate/marshmallow mixture, chocolate and peanut butter sauces.
